After much deliberation we had decided to sell our house. Mainly because I (Liz) have had some health problems and long term couldn’t see how the garden and house would have been maintained how I would like it. As we live in a different state, it was a difficult decision to decide on who we could trust to sell our investment property.
We did the right thing and got a few appraisals done. Right from the beginning, Tim Aldridge showed us we made the right decision picking Mildura Property Advisers to list with. He answered his phone when we rang, answered text messages almost immediately and responded to emails promptly. He could answer all our questions with honesty and professionalism.
In the end, Tim's appraisal didn't have the cheapest commission but his level of service and the result he achieved was worth every penny. He had some amazing marketing tools to get the best price possible and in the end we got tens of thousands above the other appraisals....we more than recovered the extra expense on his commission!!
